Paying Your Bill Online
Our secure online payment portal lets you pay your balance anytime, from anywhere. Simply click the Pay Online button above, sign in, and follow the prompts. If you have trouble accessing the portal, contact our billing manager for assistance.
Insurance and Self-Pay Options
We accept many major insurance plans for primary care services, including several Medicare Advantage plans. All in-office lab work is sent to the appropriate lab with your insurance information through our lab services, and discounted self-pay pricing is available for patients without insurance. Financing for Cosmetic and Wellness Treatments
Elective treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, and medical weight loss are typically not covered by insurance. Our payment plans, including Cherry, CareCredit, and Affirm, let you start treatment now and pay over time.
Deposits and Office Policies
A deposit is required for cosmetic, laser, aesthetic, and certain medical procedure appointments and is applied to your visit. Deposits are nonrefundable for no-shows or same-day cancellations, and we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
