What services does Qvita Health and Wellness offer?

We provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages five and older, including physicals, chronic disease management, women’s health, men’s health, and in-office lab services. We also offer cosmetic and aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, laser treatments, facials, and wellness therapies like bioidentical hormone therapy and medical weight loss.

Who leads the practice?

Qvita Health and Wellness was founded by Panagiota (Peggy) Demetriou, ARNP, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner who oversees both our primary care and cosmetic services. You can learn more about our background on our About page.

Where is your office located?

Our office is located at 2734 Windguard Circle, Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. We welcome patients from Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Zephyrhills, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Dade City, and the surrounding Pasco and Hillsborough County communities.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The office closes for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Saturday appointments are available by calling the office, and we are closed on Sundays.

Do you see children and teenagers?

Yes. We care for patients ages five and older, including school and sports physicals and adolescent health visits in a friendly, judgment-free environment.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

We offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Call (813) 501-4130 as early in the day as you can, or use our online appointment request.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, any current or previous medical records, and a complete list of your medications and supplements. New patient paperwork must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. Visit our New Patients page for more details.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept many major insurance plans for primary care services, including Medicare Advantage plans, and we also welcome self-pay patients. See our Insurance page or call the office to verify your coverage.

Are cosmetic treatments covered by insurance?

Cosmetic and aesthetic treatments are elective and are generally not covered by insurance. We offer flexible payment plans, including Cherry, CareCredit, and Affirm, to help make treatment affordable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, CareCredit, Cherry, and Lending USA, and you can pay your bill online. Our Billing page has contact information for our billing manager.

Do you require a deposit for appointments?

Yes. A deposit is required for cosmetic, laser, aesthetic, and certain medical procedure appointments. Deposits are applied to your visit but are nonrefundable for no-shows or same-day cancellations. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Do you perform DOT physicals?

Yes. Our provider is certified by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners to perform DOT physicals for commercial drivers.

Do you offer lab work in the office?

Yes. Blood work is drawn in our office and sent to the appropriate lab with your insurance information, saving you an extra trip. We also offer genetic testing, cardiac panels, and hereditary cancer screening.

How do I know which cosmetic treatment is right for me?

Every cosmetic journey starts with a consultation. Our team evaluates your skin, goals, and medical history, then recommends a personalized plan that may combine injectables, laser services, microneedling, or specialty facials.

Is there downtime after cosmetic treatments?

Many of our treatments, such as neuromodulators, dermaplaning, and Diamond Glow, have little to no downtime. Treatments like Morpheus8 or Quantum RF may involve a few days of mild redness or swelling. Your provider will review what to expect before treatment.

Do you sell medical-grade skincare?

Yes. We carry physician-dispensed brands including SkinCeuticals, Obagi Medical, SkinMedica, Neocutis, skinbetter science, and (plated) Skin Science.

Do you offer memberships or specials?

Yes. We offer facial memberships and VIP rewards, and we post monthly promotions on our Specials page.

Can I see before and after photos?
